Dream
To start we ask: How do you use your home? Do you host large family events? Work from home? Craft? Farm? In the Dream stage, we’ll start a floor plan that functions for your specific situation and works for your life and budget.
Design
Once we finalize how you use your home, we ask: What do you want in your home? Easy to maintain or luxurious comfort? Modern or farmhouse? By addressing your wants in the design process we can help bid your job more accurately and keep the process moving smoothly once construction starts without costly changes or delays.
Build
Finally, when do we start? This final stage is the most exciting, you finally see your dream take shape! It is also the time that is often the most stressful. At RHC we do everything we can to support you through the final stage watching your dream become reality.
We love to partner with our clients through all 3 stages of the process, but we understand sometimes you already have a plan you love and we're happy to work with you on that as well. RHC prefers to be part of the whole process only because we’re focused on the heart of your individual home and that’s YOU!
